Product Summary

The AMS1117ADJ is a 800mA low dropout voltage regulator. It is suitable for high efficiency linear regulators, post regulators for switching supplies, 5V to 3.3V linear regulator, battery chargers, active SCSI terminators, power management for notbool and battery powered instrumentation. It is available in SOT-223 and TO-252 package.
